Pharmacologist

Official role description

As a clinical pharmacologist on this project, you would own a part in multiple workflows: — 1. Clinical Data Generation: we need to simulate the pharmacology layer of each data room, including PK and PD datasets, dosing and escalation regimens, exposure-response relationships, and bioanalytical reports, so that dose rationale and concentration data are clinically plausible and reconcile against the efficacy and safety outputs. — 2. Clinical pharmacology task authorship: you must be capable of authoring the dose selection rationale, drug concentration and response sections, and drug-drug and drug-disease interaction content, and designing prompts, golden outputs, and rubrics to quantify the ability of an AI agent attempting to do the same thing. — To be qualified for this role, you must fit the following requirements: • Location: US, Canada, or France. • YOE: 5+ required. 10-25 preferred. • Education: PharmD, PhD in pharmacology, pharmacokinetics or a related field, MD, or equivalent. • Hourly availability: 20-25 hours/week, minimum. 30+ preferred. • Experience: MUST have supported pre-market (Phases 1-3) programs as a clinical pharmacologist, with hands-on PK/PD work, dose selection and escalation, and exposure-response analysis. First-in-human experience strongly preferred. Comfortable working from a protocol and SAP to produce pharmacology data that holds up under expert scrutiny.
