What You'll Do • Make outbound/inbound calls to test the CX agent's responses and behavior • Follow basic prompts and scenarios provided • Provide feedback on conversation flow and user experience • No domain expertise required—generalist perspective is exactly what we need
Schedule & Compensation • Duration: 1-2 weeks • Daily Commitment: 1-3 hours per day • Start Date: Immediate
Requirements • Native or fluent Mexican Spanish speaker • Ability to make clear phone calls with good audio quality • Available to start immediately
