What you'll do • Build a working financial model of an assigned infrastructure transaction from a synthetic deal document pack • Deliver an editable Excel workbook with live formulas, source references, and stated assumptions • Peer-review two anonymized models from other contractors against a fixed set of criteria, with a short written rationale for each and a completed review scorecard
Requirements • 2–4 years total experience: ~2 years investment banking (infrastructure, power & utilities, or real estate / TMT M&A) followed by 1–2 years in infrastructure private equity • Currently or recently an Associate at an infrastructure-focused PE fund, or the infrastructure arm of a multi-strategy manager • Exposure to digital infrastructure
data centres, fibre, or towers • Able to build a financial model from source documents, without a template • Fluent English
Logistics • Effort: ~20–25 hours over 1.5–2 weeks
