What the work looks like
We match physicians in the network to projects like: • Writing a clinical vignette from your own practice, with the presentation, labs, and imaging, plus the attending-level reference answer a model gets graded against • Grading model output on diagnostic reasoning: whether the differential is ordered sensibly, whether it anchors, whether the proposed workup is guideline-concordant • Flagging where a recommendation is defensible in a textbook but wrong for the patient in front of you, given comorbidities, contraindications, or what the patient can access
What we're looking for • An M.D. or D.O. with board certification and a current, active, unrestricted license • Active clinical practice, or recent enough that you can still explain the reasoning behind a call • Clear written communication, since most of the work involves explaining your reasoning • Comfort with ambiguous tasks, and willingness to flag unclear instructions
Final-year residents and fellows are welcome. Where you trained matters less than whether you carry current clinical judgment.
