Mercor is hiring experienced Property, Real Estate, and Community Association Managers to help evaluate and improve cutting-edge AI systems. In this role, you'll evaluate AI-generated property management content and workflows, leveraging your real-world expertise in operating and maintaining residential, commercial, and industrial properties and managing community associations.
Key Responsibilities • Evaluate AI-generated property operating budgets, lease analyses, maintenance plans, association governance documents, and other property management artifacts for quality and accuracy. • Compare AI-generated responses head-to-head based on financial soundness, regulatory and lease compliance, and operational feasibility. • Review scenarios involving tenant and owner relations, rent collection, vendor contracts, capital improvements, and association board matters and provide expert feedback.
Required Qualifications • 4+ years of experience as a Property Manager, Real Estate Manager, Community Association Manager, HOA Manager, Leasing Manager, or another closely related property or association management role. • Experience planning, directing, or coordinating the leasing, operation, maintenance, or governance of residential, commercial, or industrial real estate properties or community associations. • Ability to commit 20+ hours per week. • Strong written English communication skills.
Additional Information • Start date: Immediate • Duration: Approximately 4–6 weeks • Payment: task-based (payment upon first task approval). Experts who complete their first task within the required timeline will then be qualified to be paid hourly for the remainder of the project.
